Body Piercing & Body Branding
Buzz Started his body modification career in 1994 with body piercing and modification procedures. Later in 2002 he began to study tattooing and in 2003 Body Branding. Buzz has studied and trained with some of the top piercers and branders in the field. Most notable is Fakir Musafar (father of the modern primitive movement and co-developer of modern piercing & branding techniques in general use today) & the world famous Gotham piercing studio in San Francisco (Gothem is the resurrection of Gauntlet body piercing which is credited with defining body piercing as we know it today). Buzz holds certificates of attendance from both Gothem and Fakir Musafar seminars & intensives. Buzz has also studied the subjects prevention of disease transmission, blood and air born pathogens, first aid & proper healing techniques.
Buzz prides himself on maintaining a hospital like degree of sterility and health safety standards stating that when people in trust their health to him that is not a trust he takes lighty.Buzz is noted for treating all his clients with a high level of professionalism regardless of their race, creed, sex or color but also strives to make everyone's piercing experience a fun and memorable one. Buzz has been featured in various newspaper articles as well as BME.
Buzz has worked in studios from coast to coast in the role master piercer & brander as well as dept and shop manager. He comes to NY from a 6 year engagement at an up scale studio in AZ and is happy to bring the knowledge he acquired there with him to the North East. Buzz focuses his expertise on body piercing & body branding these days, having done thousands of modification procedures to date.
